Bead in Hand
Classes include beading, wire work and more.

The Actors Garden
The Actors Garden takes theatre education very seriously – and when we say serious, we mean serious fun! With a safe and inclusive environment, we take pride in combining professional education with confidence building. Our actors, aged 3-93, leave our classes and productions feeling empowered and confident.

Musikgarten believes that all children have musical aptitude and that early childhood is the opportune time to begin to develop this potential in an active, joyful, and developmentally appropriate way.  Classes promote musical literacy, singing and rhythmic skills, aural perception, language development, motor coordination, ensemble skills and social interaction while awakening the child’s imagination. Instrumental activities are part of the program, ranging from playing simple rhythm instruments to playing keyboard for older children. For more information or to register please visit:   Musikgarten of Oak Park is excited to open a sister studio: HeartGarden. At both Musikgarten and HeartGarden we believe that all who are nourished in love and encouraged to create grow to bless life. Our expanded classes, workshops, and events are designed to embody artful, experience-based learning for children and adults. Creative art, music, and movement prepare the soil for a lifetime of exuberant love and community engagement.

The Oak Park String Academy
OPSA’s mission is to promote the highest of musical ideals and to arouse a passion for excellence in the study of music among young people. Through a series of intense and personal educational experiences, students are prepared for a lifetime of music making regardless of professional aspirations.

At OPSA, we thrive on developing the joy of music making while cultivating a high standard of excellence for students throughout the Chicago area. The learning process at OPSA is designed to help our students develop a solid technical and musical foundation at every level, while also developing discipline, critical thinking, character, and a love for music. We aim to support each child’s unique path and our goal is that all of our students will create a relationship with music that will last throughout their lives.

Whispers from the Moon
Whispers from the Moon offers a welcoming and safe environment to explore, play and create a foundation for intentional living through art making in all its forms.  With a focus on recognizing one’s inner voice and allowing intuition to guide the art process with a de-emphasis on outcome and final product, our offerings are designed to cultivate understanding, trust, compassion and acceptance for the unique expression of who we are in the moment.
